|Special Order for Individual or Group
1. Check our different brands - see below (click on which brand you like to see the styles, colors, prints, etc.) They are
linked to each of our brand's website.
2. Call or email us the brand, style, color/print, size, quantity (click on Contact Us) for prices and discount. Free shipping,
handling and delivery (if reasonable distance).
3. Fax your order to our store or ask us for order form then fax to us. (Indio 760-342-0308, P.D. (760) 346-7700)
4. You can try on in the store before placing order or fitting can be done in your office for group order, if too far to
come to our store (at reasonable distance)
5. Order needs to be prepaid by debit card, credit card, cash or company check. If paying by credit card, need to fill out
a credit card authorization form provided by us.
6. Orders can take 1-2 weeks from date of order depending on availability. If on backorder, we will let you know and you
can inform us if you'd like to wait or change the item(s) on backorder.
7. If discontinued items, we will let you know right away, so you can change your order.
8. Your order will be sorted out by employee's names for group order. All you have to do is distribute them.
9. If returning or exchanging 6 pieces or more, a restocking fee (which also includes shipping fee) will be charged, if
they were tried on and then decided to return/exchanged because you changed your mind on style, color or other
reasons other than they did not fit because you did not try them on in the first place (we did not have sample for you to
try on.) Restocking fee is 15% - 20% (depends on what brand you are returning) of wholesale price + shipping - usually
between $6-15+ depending on how many you are returning.
